パーツを無くして未完成のMGシャア専用ゲルググ(笑)（パーツ品切れで全然買えない完成しない）を分解しようとしたら【パキッ】と言う音と共に足と腰を繋ぐパーツが折れてしまいました・・・。もちろん心も折れました。
補修を余儀なくされ真鍮線を使った補修方法が良かったので紹介したいと思います。

用意するもの

真鍮線


瞬間接着剤（アロンアルファ プロ用耐衝撃がお勧め）


1ｍｍドリルビット


折れたパーツ・・・

補修方法

折れたパーツ側に1ｍｍドリルで穴を開けます。真ん中を狙いで貫通させます。

少しズレてますね(笑)この後ヤスリで表面処理しています。

本体側も1ｍｍドリルで穴を開けます。真ん中を狙いで

折れた箇所はヤスリでさっと表面処理します。

真鍮線1ｍｍを折れたパーツに入れて1ｃｍぐらい出るぐらいの長さにカット。この時は3ｃｍぐらいで。

折れたパーツ側に真鍮線を差し込み問題無いか確認。

一度仮組します。

問題無し(*’▽’)

ここで登場アロンアルファ

真鍮線にアロンアルファを塗って本体にぶっさします。かっちり固定したら

折れたパーツを真鍮線に入れて、瞬間接着剤を塗って本体と接着。

折れたパーツを入れる前に真鍮線をだいたいの長さで切ってしまっていたが、最後パーツに沿って切った方が良かったかなと

瞬着硬化スプレーを瞬間接着剤を塗った箇所に吹きかけて

完成♪( ´θ｀)ノ

早速パーツを入れてみます。完璧やないですか！足パーツを抜いたり刺したりしても問題無しでした。

シャア専用ゲルググを立たせてみましたが問題無し(^^♪因みに左の腰アーマー取付のパーツが行方不明。

まとめ

時間にして10分～15分程度で補修出来ちゃいます(*’▽’)この方法知る前はただ瞬間接着剤を流し込むだけでした。最初は接着出来ていても力加わるとポロリするんですよね。この方法なら瞬間接着剤だけで補修するよりも強固で安心。因みにこの方法最近ハマっているミキシングでパーツのボッチ変更するのにも使えます。
